How to merge PDF files in the right order
A practical guide to preparing files, arranging every page and checking the merged document before sharing it.
Merge PDF creates one new document by copying the pages from the selected files in the order shown in the workspace. You can drag documents into position and inspect their thumbnails before processing. The result is downloaded as a separate PDF, so the source files are not overwritten.
Order matters in proposals, appendices, invoices and multi-part reports. A short review before merging prevents the most common mistakes: including an outdated draft, putting an appendix before its reference, or leaving out the final page of a scan.
What result to expect
You will receive a file named “pdf-unido.pdf” containing all pages consecutively in the visible order.
